Inspired by my own experience of feeling unworthy, overwhelmed and without purpose, Vibrant U Coaching holds a safe space for women who are ready for powerful change and true transformation. Susan has resided in Southwest Florida for over 20 years. One of her greatest joys is creating cherished memories with her beautiful family and devoted group of friends. She loves to travel the world exploring the sites and experiencing the richness of the culture, traditions and diverse culinary creations that each country has to offer.
Susan is a Licensed Minister and the Founder of Vibrant U Coaching. She is a tenacious woman of faith, engaging teacher, devoted life coach and passionate keynote speaker for various platforms. She is zealous to share the love of God and inspire women to become “true” followers of Jesus Christ. Susan’s first- hand experience of God’s redeeming love and the transformational power of His Word propels her to help women get on track to wholeness and creating a vibrant life.
My Journey
I was just like you. Living the life society and family dictated, juggling multiple roles and responsibilities, stuck in a perpetual cycle of burnout, while secretly wondering, ‘this can’t be it - there has to be more.’

Despite my ambitions, these titles became what I was known for rather than who I truly was. To the outside world, I portrayed a woman who was happy and successful, yet I was quietly suffering inside. I had fallen captive to people-pleasing behavior and felt more at ease with giving and caring for others than prioritizing my own self-care and wellbeing. I’d lost sight of my true identity and felt an aching emptiness. When did I forget to be me?
Things started to change as I took an honest look at myself, the choices I’d been making and where those decisions had led me in my life. In my heart, I knew that God did not want me to live this way.
I began to earnestly pray and search the Bible for His help and direction. I read Proverbs 3:5-6 and at that moment, I knew God was calling me to make a decision. Who’s path was I going to follow for the rest of my life? — mine or His.
The answer was abundantly clear….GOD’S WAY IS THE ONLY WAY!
It was my “Ah Ha'' moment. The breakthrough that changed everything.
At last, I had found eternal freedom through Jesus Christ!
You see, until then, I was caught up living a lifestyle contrary to my faith and God’s Word. I had been looking for the answers to my problems everywhere but Jesus and kept coming up empty and hurting.
Over the years, since, I have been on an incredible journey of self-discovery, transformation, overcoming and becoming. God’s unconditional love and transformational work in my life have been the driving force behind my personal and academic pursuits to empower and support women who are struggling as I once did. Coaching with me will give you the tools, confidence, and clarity to move forward in a meaningful way and courageously honor God’s purpose for your life.
